Serving ideas
Steam for eight minutes and dress with ginger, scallion and warm soy. Pan-sear skin-side down for a crisp finish, braise in a savoury sauce, or grill over charcoal until the edges char.
Storage
Store frozen at -18°C or below. Avoid repeated thawing; once thawed, cook promptly and refrigerate any leftovers for no more than 24 hours.
