1. Website Purpose
This online store is used for selling fresh and frozen seafood products for delivery within New Zealand. All product images, descriptions and prices are for reference only and subject to stock availability.
2. Order & Payment
When you submit an order on our site, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We have the right to accept or decline any order. The sales contract is only formed once we confirm the shipment of your seafood order. All prices are in NZD including GST, payment must be completed at checkout.
3. Delivery & Perishable Goods
Seafood is perishable. We use refrigerated delivery service and will ship goods within the estimated time frame. Please arrange someone to receive the parcel. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by missed delivery due to customer unavailability.
4. Product Quality & Refund
We guarantee our seafood is handled under proper cold chain conditions. If you receive spoiled or damaged seafood, you need to contact us and provide photos within 24 hours after delivery. Refund applications will be assessed individually.
5. Limitation of Liability
Subject to New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your relevant order.
